Developing a Capacity to Love- Part 2

Hello Thrivers, welcome back and I pray that you had a great week! This recording concludes our lesson on Developing a Capacity to Love. There are so many opportunities that we have to love others and we are actually commanded to love others by Jesus in St. John 13:34 and St. John 15:12, just to name a couple. It is of the utmost importance that we learn to love others as Jesus has loved us. The greatest way to develop a capacity to love others is to simply remember the love that he has for you! We will also learn that some of us have a capacity, but the problem is that it is filled with other things. Such as our agenda, ourselves, our ideas, etc.  There is a place for all of that, but it should never take up the place that should be filled with God's love for someone else. As disciples of Jesus Christ, it is our opportunity and responsibility to love others to Christ and he will do any cleaning that they need through his Word according to St. John 15:3.
